01 — Problem
Life-management tools are a zoo of apps that don't talk to each other. Your mood data can't see your sleep. Your finance data can't see your routines. Your AI assistant doesn't know any of it.
02 — Approach
Model life as ten coherent domains in one Django app. Add Flutter with custom CRDT sync for offline-first. Wire Telegram + WhatsApp + voice + a physical robot as alternate surfaces. Expose the whole thing over MCP so Claude Desktop can operate on it directly. Pair with Claude at ~50× speed — but gate every commit with 125 API contracts and a pre-push hook.
03 — Outcome
Production-running single-operator life OS. Flutter client with pure-Dart CRDT sync. 8 Ollama models + Gemini Flash on tiered routing (~70% free). Shipped 15-session workstreams in 46 min. All 2,538 tests green. MCP tools operational.
