01 — Problem
HR operations for distributed sites were split across biometric hardware, spreadsheets, and ad-hoc portals. Payroll reconciliation and attendance dispute resolution were painful.
02 — Approach
Scoped the system end-to-end with stakeholders, designed the architecture, then ran delivery with a small team — directing Claude Code for implementation while owning code review, quality, and architectural alignment. Integrated biometric devices over their native SDKs, normalized events into a clean attendance model, built admin dashboards and REST APIs for downstream payroll tools.

Delivered a production-ready platform without being the primary code contributor — focused on architecture, quality, and integration. Deployed and stabilized; handed off clean handover docs.
